Product Returns

You can return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• The product has not been used.

• It is in its original condition.

• Retains original packaging

Non-returnable products

No refunds are made to:

• Products that have been manufactured upon special order

• Products that have been modified in size or design

• Products that have been used

Return costs

Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer.

Defective products

In case of a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours from receipt for a replacement or refund.

Refund

The refund is made within 5-10 business days after receiving and checking the product.
